Registration:
1. Upon the completion and submission of your online registration form, you will be considered ‘registered’ (pending payment, if applicable). Please be aware that by submitting your registration, you are agreeing to these Terms.
2. To register for a DNW event, please complete the process at least 40 days before the event date.
3. Changes to the Event content, program timing, speakers, date, or venue may be necessary at any time before the Event. In such instances, we will provide you with a notification, and you will have the option to cancel your registration.
Payment:
If the Event requires payment, you agree to settle the applicable fees, inclusive of all taxes, as outlined on the registration form for your attendance. The payment must be made according to the terms specified on the registration form. In cases where specific conditions are not provided on the registration form, the fees should adhere to the payment terms stated on the invoice. In any scenario, payment is required before 40 days of the Event.
Refund Policy:
1. To initiate the cancellation of your registration for a paid event, it is necessary to undertake this action at least 30 days prior to the event date. Only under this condition will you be eligible to receive a complete refund of the amount paid.
2. In the event of the cancellation of the event, you will be entitled to receive a full refund at any juncture.
